Want to become part of our story?

We’ve come a long way in only a very few years. Our waterways-based programme of environmental work and project-based learning is nurturing a sustainable pathway that’s helping many people to rise out of disadvantage, develop personal and employability skills and move towards healthy, active living.  But we’re ambitious and with your help we can do more.

By becoming involved with and supporting TWC, your organisation can reach out and actively improve the physical and mental health and wellbeing of individuals and groups within our community. And in return, we believe there are real benefits for your staff, your organisation and your corporate morale.

Give…and get back

We are a charity, so your financial support will help us to achieve our common objectives of developing waterways – canals, rivers, harbours, loughs, shorelines, marine and maritime environments – as catalysts for social and economic regeneration. It is a very practical way to help your community and realise your corporate social responsibility by doing something in which your whole organisation can take pride.

And in return….

We can help you by delivering:

  • Workplace volunteering – give your colleagues opportunities for personal development by sharing their skills, knowledge and insights with our volunteers in digital media, all Microsoft programmes and with supervision of groups in various activities
  • Corporate events tailored by our outdoor adventure specialists for your staff – an opportunity to address challenges, overcome obstacles and meet Mother Nature face to face on land and water. With miles waterways and landscapes in stunning locations, amazing built & natural heritage to draw on, we create corporate events that will be truly memorable.
