Information on Summer Programme of Activities at The Wee Bothy, Sketrick Island, Strangford Lough

A recent month-long pilot waterways experience programme has informed a new and unique collection of waterways activities as a forerunner to TWCs Summer Programme of Activities.

Parallel to developing these experiences TWC has, in collaboration with the Bramwell Trust, refurbished the existing Green Hut on the island, formerly a holiday retreat and now a very comfortable base for our offer. Rebranded as the Wee Bothy, its heritage charm and the setting are proving a great base for us. From these experiences has developed the collaboration of four newly appointed service providers & workshop facilitators from the Wee Bothy;

Colin Urwin…

…as resident storyteller, musician.
